What is the returning policy? 

**CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON- REFUNDABLE **
ONCE ITEM IS SHIPPED I DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELATION
For other purchases please contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship item back within 14 days of delivery. Returning shipping fee WILL NOT be covered, it will be your responsibility to ship item back to me and once I receive the undamaged merchandise, I will gladly issue a full refund. 

What are the shipping options? 

All items are shipped through USPS. Smaller items such as Jewelry will be shipped out via USPS First Class mail. Larger items such as Serving trays will be shipped out via USPS Priority mail.

 

When will I receive my order/ Loss or stolen packages? 

PLEASE NOTE: once item leaves my possession to USPS I am not in control of lost or stolen packages nor am I in control of how long shipping takes ESPECIALLY during busy holiday season. If there's a time limitation make sure to order your item at least 1 month ahead. All orders will be shipped with tracking information, if you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to email me.

This will be based on the item you order, please read the item description carefully as to when each item is shipped. Generally items that are made read-to-ship will be shipped out within 4 working business days (Monday- Friday excluding weekends and holidays). Once USPS scans your items, USPS First Class mail will take 2- 6 business days to arrive while USPS Priority mail will take 1- 4 business days to arrive. Custom orders will take up to 1 month before it is ready to ship and timeframe will be discussed clearly in the email before I accept your custom order.
